D1 Mold & Tool is a full service shop serving the Diecasting Industry.  From die rebuilds to complete design and build projects, our concentrated focus ranges from small DME style units, to large multi-cavity dies that fit into 1,000 ton die cast machines.

D1 Mold & Tool begins with service in the design area.  We offer complete use of SDRC IDEAS Software, which encompasses both 2D & 3D design work to build or alter solid model files.

Our build phase offers the very latest in high-speed machining.  We use only H-13 tool steel that exceed NADCA standards, followed by a heat treat certified by approved manufacturers' source.
